MAC modifications
for WEB_STORE_CHECK_SETUP

some of the work he was doing with modifying web_store_check.cgi for
Macintosh. Here is what he wrote.....
"I am in the process of installing your web_store system on
our web site (Tenon's iTools running under MacOS X
Server on an Apple iMac) and I've made some changes to the
web_store_check_setup.cgi file.
When done this will replace our static order page.
- It now spits out valid html using the 4.0 Transitional doctype.
- I added CSS info to provide customization of the html.
- I changed the layout a bit to make it more compact
and easier to read.
