in this hack to the WebDB application. Basically the script
allows one to perform some operations off-line on
every entry of an existing database: add a new field, delete an existing
field, and perform a regular expression on an existing field.
It also checks that all rows have the same number of fields (useful
if you enter the first entries in the database by hand with a text
editor). If you add a new field, it may be a counter (the "db_id"
field), which is useful if you are "importing" the database from
another format...
