Here's the email he wrote us.
I have modified the SiteSearch code as follows:
- Include the description meta tag in the search results.
- Exclude FrontPage extensions files from the search results.
- Beginner friendly comments.
There's a more detailed description and a setup procedure in the README file.
Being new to Perl myself I have made special effort with the comments, especially
for the append operator and the minimal matching.
I haven't changed the code header in search_engine.cgi where the copyright
and authors statement is. If you would like to include me as a contributor
you'll be more than welcome.
