You guys have been putting out the best code on the planet for years, so I thought I should 
share some of my own.

These modifications were done on Mailing_list.cgi Version 3.0, and offer:
	Elective and Customizable Headers and Footers, and
	CC:, and BCC:

I think I've inlcuded everything I did in the attached .txt file; let me know if I missed 
anything.
