Oftentimes, you will find yourself trying to install a CGI
script in an environment in which the web server has performed a
change root operation. Thus, what you see as the path to
related files (such as temporary directories and files) may not
be what the web server sees. As you might imagine, the result
is that the web server cannot find the location or file you
specified in the setup file.
In this cae, it is useful to use the Cwd library to find out
what the web server thinks the current working directory is.
